No Refunds. Exchanges Only.

While we have a strict NO REFUND policy, at our discretion we may allow exchanges that meet the following requirements or they will be returned to sender:

·  All items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of the package. No exchanges will be honored after the 7 days.

·  Product must be exchanged for something of equal or lesser value. We reserve the right to change our prices at anytime.

·  A copy of the invoice must be included in the package. Items must be in the original condition, packaging and jewelry price tags must still be on the jewelry or the item will be considered used and exchange will not be honored.

·  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

·  All returns must be packaged in a padded envelope and returned in the same condition as was sent to you.

·  Packages should be shipped through a traceable method such as UPS, Federal Express or Insured Parcel Post. You must send the product back to us in order to process the exchange. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

·  No exchanges or refunds on special orders i.e preorders.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.

Shipping + Delivery

It is important to be aware of our shipping policy prior to making any purchases.

We DO NOT ship nor deliver on holidays or weekends. If your order fits all authorization criteria then your order will ship on time. We currently use the following methods/carriers to ship all items:

USPS Priority Mail (2 - 3 day)

Orders take up to 5-10 business days to process & verify credit card information before your order is shipped. Please allow 5 business days AFTER processing for your order to be received. Upon shipping, you will be notified by e-mail with tracking information. We currently do not offer overnight shipping in order to ensure credit card information is valid. 

We request that all international inquires contact us prior to placing order to determine delivery cost at [email protected].

We ONLY ship to addresses that are confirmed with PayPal. If your address is "unconfirmed", you will be contacted via email for us to receive a written statement that this is indeed your credit card information, address and that you authorize this purchase. This is to avoid credit card fraud, to ultimately protect our business and our customers.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. It is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
